文件加密移动与解密（winform版

如果你有一些文件不想让别人知道，并且不想将其从你的电脑删除，那么用这个简单的小程序就够了。。

用了两个文本框用来输入揭秘路径和加密路径

原理就是用一个简单的算法将其字节改变即可，，然后移动的时候再将字节变回来就好了。嘻嘻
