Maven 提升下载jar速度方法: (每秒1MB左右)

我们都知道，当我们在pom文件里面添加一个新的依赖时，maven发现本地仓库里面没有该jar包就会到中央仓库去下载，但是中央仓库在国外，下载速度缓慢的令人发指。我们可以在setting.xml(eg:G:\maven\apache-maven-3.0.4\conf\setting.xml)文件里面配置一个国内镜像

解决方法：配置国内镜像（如阿里云的镜像）

修改conf/settings.xml文件，配置阿里云镜像代码
