据说 DESPROXY 的 DOC 里有这么一条：

Unfortunately, DESPROXY cannot run on a low RP computer, even with a fast and powerful proxy. It is necessary to set a RP check in order to make the world safer, and generally the RP of most computers is high enough to run DESPROXY.
