ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (500) exceeded 故障一例

今天去客户那里做巡检，碰到一个奇怪的问题，在此做个记录

这套库是搭建在windows server 2008上的一套11g RAC，在alert日志中出现了大量下列信息：

ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (500) exceeded

 ORA-20 errors will not be written to the alert log for

 the next minute. Please look at trace files to see all

 the ORA-20 errors.

Process W000 submission failed with error = 20

Process W000 submission failed with error = 20

由于连接进程数超过了最大上限500，使用sqlplus用管理员身份，也无法连接到数据库服务器

并且rman也无法连接，导致原来部署在节点1的自动备份脚本无法执行成功
