sourcetree 无法提交代码

 今天sourcetree无法提交。提示 ：

    .....

If no other git process is currently running, this probably means a git process crashed in this repository earlier. 

Make sure no other gitprocess is running and remove the file manually to continue.


解决办法：

到项目的文件夹下， 把隐藏的.git文件夹显示出来，然后删除

index.lock

文件。

之后就可以正常提交了。
