异常：java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '?й???????' is unrecognized or represents more

软件开发，为了满足开发的需要，jar包版本的更新或bug的修复，会造成 版本不兼容，出现新问题，程序员就是为解决问题出现的，一句话就是我们爱折腾，乐此不彼。

异常错误：java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '?й???????' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

出现这种问题还是版本更细，与其他版本造成    

显示新版本的数据库连接程序需要指定UTC时区，改正方法将配置文件中的“url”后面加上指定的时区，将其值改为“url=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db&serverTimezone=GMT”

改之前：

jdbc.driverClass   = com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
jdbc.url = jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/db?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8
jdbc.username = root
jdbc.password = root123

改之后：

jdbc.driverClass   = com.mysql.cj.jdbc.Driver
jdbc.url = jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/db?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf8&serverTimezone=GMT
jdbc.username = root
jdbc.password = root123
