Create SpringMVC+Mybatic

Create SpringMVC+Mybatic

有错误，是因为没有WEB-INF/web.xml文件，要手动加上.

编译产生WAR文件.在./target/Demo-0.0.1-SNAPSHOT.war，放到Tomcat app目录下即可。
