csdn的blog经常down掉，好在有blog api支持，因此开始用MS的Live Writer，离线写，再也不用担心发表文章后来一个404 error了
csdn的metaweblog api地址是http://blog.csdn.net//services/metablogapi.aspx，填到live writer里就OK了！
