HttpURLConnection中文乱码解决

说明：使用HttpURLConnection创建连接，测试时是从main方法调用，没有中文乱码情况，但是当启动服务器后，从远程服务器获取到的数据却乱码了，于是便改成下面的，仅供can'kao

1.出现乱码的代码：
