【解决】kettle启动时出现的Java Runtime Environment异常，启动出现如下异常

Xlib:  extension "RANDR" missing on display "localhost:12.0".

解决方法：

需要编辑（或创建）～/.kettle/.spoonrc，并在里面输入以下内容：

ShowWelcomePageOnStartup=N

在此之后，Kettle能正常运行！
