生活并非总是公平的，或许命运不应该这样安排，但你的人生就是有可能比别人的艰辛、坎坷。每一个人的境况都不同，所以，也该用不同的方法对待自己的境遇。若想拥有平和的心境，就不可存有悲观厌世的心态。过于计较世事的不公，容易自轻自贱，从而发现不了自己的独特之处，也许因为你的愤世嫉俗、懊恼烦闷，而错过许多自己该学的课程。

Get a life.A real life,not a manic persuit of the next promotion,the bigger paycheck  the large house.

营造一种生活，真正的生活，而不是狂躁地追求一次又一次的晋升，更高的薪水和更大的房子。

Get a life in which you are not a lone.Find people you are love,and who love you. And  remember that love is not leisure,it is work. Pick up the phone.Send an E-mail.Write a letter. Get a life in which you are generous.

营造一种不孤单的生活，寻找你爱的人和爱你的人。并谨记，爱不是空暇，而是工作。打个电话，发个邮件，写封信，营造一种慷慨的生活。

And realize that life is the best thing ever,our days, our hours,our minutes.It is so easy to take for granted the color  of  our  kid’s eyes,the way melody in a symphony rises and fells and dis appered and rises again.

要知道最美好的东西是生命，你不能视之为理所当然。我们很容易浪费自己的生命，挥霍自己的日子，每一小时，每一分钟。我们很容易忽视孩子眼睛的颜色，淡漠悦耳的交响乐旋律的跌宕起伏。

It is so easy to exsit instead of to live.

I learned to live many years ago.Something really,really had happened tome,something that changed my life in ways that,if I had my potion,it would never have been changed at all.And what I learned from it is what,today ,seems to be the hardest lesson of all.

多年前，我学会了生活。我遭遇了一个巨大的不幸。令我的生活为之改变。如果当时，我还有选择，这些改变根本不会发生。我从中得到了一个难忘的教训。

I learned to love journey,not the destination.I learned that it is not a dress rehearsal,and that today is the only guarantee you get.

我学会了热爱旅途，而不是终点。我明白了人生不是一次彩排，今天是你唯一能把握的。

I learned to look at all the good in the world and try to give some of it back because I believed in it,completely and utterly.And I tried to do that,in part,by telling others  what I had learned,by telling them this:Consider the lilies of the fied.Look at the fuzz on a baby’s ear.Read in the backyard with the sun on your face. Learn to be happy.

我学会了去注视世间的一切美好，并试着给与回报，因为我虔诚的笃信美好，我这样做，有部分原因是想告诉别人我感悟，告诉他们：想想田间的百合，看看婴儿耳朵上的茸毛，在后院读读书，让阳光洒满你的脸颊。学着去快乐。

And think of life as a terminal illness,because if you do,you will live it with joy anf passion as it ought to be lived. 

假设你的生命处于癌症的晚期，而因为你这样做，便会让生活充满喜悦和激情，这才是生命的本色。
