• 安装git

sudo apt-get install git-core

• 安装contiki

git clone git://github.com/contiki-os/contiki.git

• 安装gcc-msp430

sudo apt-get install gcc-msp430 msp430mcu msp430-libcbinutils-msp430

• 安装 gcc-avr

sudo apt-get install gcc-avr binutils-avr gdb-avr avr-libcavrdude

• 安装 Sun/OracleJava

Ubuntu 11.10

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ferramroberto/java

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install sun-java6-jdk sun-java6-plugin

Ubuntu 12.04

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:eugenesan/java

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install oracle-java7-installer

•  选择java版本

update-alternatives --config java

update-alternatives --config javac

• 运行cooja

在cooja目录下运行Ant run
