webService第一个SimpleService调用getGreeting出现“你好 null”的情况

在网上看到一个以axis2为框架webservice文章http://wenku.baidu.com/view/212d1eebe009581b6bd9eb69.html
我把axis2.war文件复制到tomcat上webapp下,然后启动tomcat后，通过http://localhost:8080/axis2表明web服务引擎发布成功了，

javac SimpleService.java后产生.class文件，然后复制到F:\apache-tomcat-7.0.25\apache-tomcat-7.0.25\webapps\axis2\WEB-INF\pojo下，无参数方法返回正常，但我访问带参数的方法时候
http://localhost:8080/axis2/services/SimpleService/getGreeting?name=bill，信息如下：

按照此情况只能解释为name=bill这个参数值没有传过去，后来我又试用java客户端调了一下，成功了
