I'll do some work with middlegen.The followings are the key steps of using this  hibernate tool.Put Middlegen-Hibernate-r5 into F:\

1. config ant

2. config database(my database is oracle)Middlegen-Hibernate-r5\config\database\oracle.xml

3.config build.xml 

4. start up ant in command console ,then the window of middlegen will be seen.You should specify the java type for some special data type  such as number,date......

5.  type ant hbm2java in command console to generate  pojos
