iOS 支持指纹识别 Touch ID 最低的机型是iPhone5s，最低的系统是iOS8.0，所以要判断一下是否支持指纹识别功能，避免造成崩溃。

1.首先添加依赖框架  LocalAuthentication.framework       #import <LocalAuthentication/LocalAuthentication.h>
