离线安装SharePoint 2016

个别情况会遇到比较麻烦的问题，其中主要出现Fabric 和Identity。

例如我这次装在Windows server 2012 R2 标准版本的时候，有几台还算顺利，其中一台非常痛苦，各种命令执行没有任何效果。

D:\SoftCenter\sp16\prerequisiteinstaller.exe /KB3092423:D:\SoftCenter\offline\SharePoint2016Prerequisite\AppFabric-KB3092423-x64-ENU.exe

D:\SoftCenter\sp16\prerequisiteinstaller.exe /AppFabric:D:\SoftCenter\offline\SharePoint2016Prerequisite\WindowsServerAppFabricSetup_x64.exe

后来翻墙发现这样可以搞定。
