这里注意一下，将上面下载的【crack文件】解压，将解压开的3个文件：install.txt，lic_server.dat，lic_standalone.dat全部复制到MATLAB安装目录下的licenses文件夹内。比如我的是D:\matlab\r2009b\licenses 。

其次点击上图中的Browse（浏览），去刚才复制的文件夹licenses内选lic_server.dat，注意如果不让点击Browse，可以手动输入地址，比如D:\matlab\r2009b\licenses\lic_server.dat 然后点击next。

提示安装成功！但是当你打开MATLAB的时候，出现的还是让你选择授权文件的画面，这时候只需要点击Browse，选择另外一个dat文件：lic_standalone.dat，和上面一样，点击next。出现安装成功的画面。再打开MATLAB时，出现以下画面：
