TcpSvr中用redis作为缓存管理工具

Redis是一个开源的使用ANSI C语言编写、支持网络、可基于内存亦可持久化的日志型、Key-Value数据库，并提供多种语言的API。
redis提供五种数据类型：string，dict(hash)，list，set及zset(sorted set)。

针对每个devid，我要缓存两个值：tcpsvr实例号(insid)和Tcp连接句柄（TcpFd)，用hash就可以操作了！
