Recently I got chance to work on a map system design and I am very glad that I can adopt flex for

Arcgis server for the system development. Here r some links I think I need later on to browse to to

• ESRI System design strategies which was just out this year, April maybe? Anyway, "Every time they have updated the document continously with different updates. This is one of the best document /reference guide for ESRI developers.  Any performance issue or network issue or security issue first document to refer is SDS.  I suggest to all ESRI developers to have a look on this before starting any project. This is handy document during design phase of any GIS application development project"

  While no need to mension anything here, from the name you can know what's it for. It's actually presented on ESRI Federal User Conference. Very helpful for you to convince any customer to switch to flex combined with ArcGIS.
