Engineering Manager(Java)
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- 7+ years experience in software development, with at least 3+ yrs in people management roles
- BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 3+ yrs in Enterprise Software development Preferred
- Experience with multiple OS platforms, multiple Application Servers and multiple Database systems
- Proven successes in working with geographically diverse teams
- Proven track record of successful delivery of large/major enterprise product releases .
- Proven track record of staying with a product release after it is released to the market. (Experience in handling defects that are created by your team, after the product is released to customer.)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
Engineering Manager （c++）
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working with C++ (must have)
• At least 3+ years experience as a technical team lead or manager, which should include responsibility for developing and executing project plans (must have)
• Experience of desktop application development on Windows or Mac OS (highly desired)
• Excellent verbal and written English (must have)
• Good knowledge and practice in software development process and methodology (must have)
• BS degree or above in computer science or related major (must have)
