Given a binary search tree, write a function kthSmallest
to find the kth smallest element in it.
Note:
You may assume k is always valid, 1 ? k ? BST's total elements.
Follow up:
What if the BST is modified (insert/delete operations) often and you need to find the kth smallest frequently? How would you optimize the kthSmallest routine?
找出二叉搜索树中第k个最小的元素,中根遍历即可。

*/
class Solution {
public:
int kthSmallest(TreeNode* root, int k) {
if (!root && k == 0) return 0;
stack<TreeNode*> ans;
while (root) {
ans.push(root);
root = root->left;
}
while (k > 0) {
TreeNode* cur = ans.top();
ans.pop();
