Position Mission:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Axapta Delivery Director will manage a team of project management consultants responsible for delivering all aspects of Axapta solutions to our customers. Working closely with Sales, our consultants’ key responsibilities are customer needs assessment, designing the Axapta solution, drafting clear Statements of Work and related Work Orders, directing our developers to execute the solution, and delivering the solution to the customer on time and within budget.

The Axapta Delivery Director we are looking for needs to have an intimate knowledge of Axapta and strong experience in delivering Axapta solutions. Equally important are people skills including leadership, developing effective Axapta project managers, building a strong team, and being able to drive the team to deliver commitments on time and within budget. While our project management consultants today are capable and committed, current practice is weak on standardized project management methodology and discipline. So it will be crucial for the new Axapta Delivery Director to coach and direct the team to use an effective, integrated project management methodology.
