把自己用到过的转换记下来，留待以后备用

  short 转成长度为2的byte 数组；

 长度为2的byte数组转换成short

int 转换成byte【4】

		targets[0] = (byte) (res & 0xff);// 最低位
		targets[1] = (byte) ((res >> 8) & 0xff);// 次低位
		targets[2] = (byte) ((res >> 16) & 0xff);// 次高位
		targets[3] = (byte) ((res >>> 24) & 0xFF);// 最高位,无符号右移。
		return targets;
	}

注：在转换过程中有大端小端的问题，在使用时最好先测试号自己要用的是那个，此处为小端

byte[4]转换成int

// byte 转成int
	public static int toInt(byte[] bRefArr) {
		int iOutcome = 0;
		byte bLoop;

		for (int i = 0; i < bRefArr.length; i++) {

此处的转换都是我测试 并使用过的， 全部可行
