任职资格的具体描述：
1. Be Familiar with DB2 for z/os,Know how to monitor DB2 KPI and optimize DB2's performance.
2. Know how to resolve normal fault and open PMR to get lab's supporting.
3. Answer the customer's question about DB2.
4.Good communication skill.
5. Have more experience in Banking industry.Be Familiar with Big5 bank's maintain process
Associate's Degree/College Diploma 
At least 3 years experience in DB2 relevant working experience

NNIT　(Tianjin)　Technology　Co.,　Ltd　seeks　a　Professional　with　DB2　support　background.　You　will　work　Database　Operation　Services　team　as　IBM　DB2　DBA.　
The　team　manage　global　infrastructure　databases　for　several　customers.　
ChallengesYou　should　participate　in　the　day　to　day　tasks　of　the　team　with　support　job　on　DB2　like　backup/restore,　data　migration,　performance　tuning　and　trouble　shooting.　
You　will　work　with　other　engineers　in　team　or　cross　team　to　support　customer’s　applications　with　data　in　DB2.　
You　will　also　have　opportunity　to　be　involved　into　customer’s　project　(domestic　or　global).
DevelopmentWe　will　invest　on　your　professional　and　personal　development.　So　you　will　take　training　on　the　technology　related　with　your　business　field,　also　on　foreign　language,　communication　and　other　“soft”　skills.
The　training　can　be　internal　and/or　external,　domestic　and/or　abroad.


职位要求(Job Requirements)：
1.You　should　have　an　official　education　background　of　IT　or　similar.　
2.You　should　have　at　least　3　years　operation　experience　on　DB2　support　on　single　instance　or　cluster.　
3.You　should　familiar　with　TOAD,　or　IBM　Data　Studio　and　IBM　SQL-PL
4.You　should　have　experiences　on　UNIX　platform,　such　as　AIX,　HP-UX　and　Sun　Solaris
5.DB2　Certificate　is　expected.
6.Other　DBA　experience　(Oracle,　SQL　Server)　is　preferable　as　an　additional　skill.
7.Good　Written　and　Spoken　English　is　a　MUST　as　we　assist　international　customers.
8.You　should　be　able　to　work　in　a　busy　environment　and　at　the　same　time　offer　good　service.　
9.Good　communication　and　co-operation　skills　are　a　natural　part　of　your　personality　as　well　as　the　ability　to　think　analytical　and　take　responsibility　of　your　tasks.
