其实IDE只是一个爱好而已
VC6.0这个玩意在中国有10多年了吧
依旧是现在的visual系列的主流，一般的人用的都是这个玩意，外国我没有去过，估计没有人用了吧
linux下的IDE个人认为很垃圾落，VIM我爱，vs2008我也爱

visualbasic2000：不过，话说回来，不能用IDE的情况也有。
比如说服务器环境，没有装IDE，也不允许装IDE，只有SDK，这个时候如果能纯手工的做开发，也是一件让人刮目相看的事情。。。
最近就遇上了，纯手工写了个。NET的文本比较工具
