CHANGES
Some files in $ORA_CRS_HOME/bin are owned by root, which is causing these errors to occur.
CAUSE
The files owned by root in ORA_CRS_HOME/bin cannot be copied to the new nodes, therefore the addnode procedure failed.
SOLUTION
Remove the files owned by root from $ORA_CRS_HOME/bin or change the permissions.
