The characters /* start a comment, which terminates with the characters */. These comments do not nest. The characters // start a comment, which terminates with the next new-line character. If there is a form-feed or a vertical-tab character in such a comment, only white-space characters shall appear between it and the new-line that terminates the comment: no diagnostic is required. [Note: The comment characters //, /*, and */ have no special meaning within a // comment and are treated just like other characters. Similarly, the comment characters // and /* have no special meaning within a /* comment. ]	字符 /* 开始一个由字符 */ 结束的注释。这种注释不能嵌套。字符 // 开始一个到下一个换行字符结束的注释。如果在这种注释中有换页或垂直表格字符，则在它与结束这个注释的换行字符之间只能存在空白字符：无需诊断。【注：在 // 注释中的注释字符 //，/*，和 */ 不含有特殊意义，与其他字符同样处理。同样的，在 /* 注释中的注释字符 // 和 /* 不含有特殊意义。】
