struts2解决中文字符乱码

1.创建过滤器类：

2.在web.xml中加入过滤器：

3.在tomcat的server.xml中加入：

 <Connector port="8080" protocol="HTTP/1.1"
               connectionTimeout="20000"
               redirectPort="8443" URIEncoding="UTF-8"/>

4.在struts.xml中加入：

<constant name="struts.i18n.encoding" value="utf-8"/>  

5.jdbc中加入：

conn = DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:mysql://localhost/bbs?characterEncoding=utf8", "root", "");
