因web.xml配置问题而无法启动Tomcat—(SSH整合)

环境IntelliJ IDEA+jdk1.8+tomcat8.5.23；
使用maven整合struts2.5.2+spring4.3.7+hibernate5.2.12。
启动Tomcat报以下严重，Tomcat服务无作用，localhost:8080找不到网页。
