android项目实践之ScrllView上滑低栏消失下滑低栏显现

经常看过有一种ScrollView上滑低栏消失下滑显现，感觉效果还挺不错，于是今天就想着写一个，在写之前就有所考虑整个布局应该用相对布局，要不然低栏不可能显示在我们能看到的手机低端。贴个简略的代码看看吧！
