COPY OF DATABASE

Makes a backup of previous image copies of all data files and control files in the database. All data files that would normally be included by BACKUP DATABASE are expected to have copies: if not, RMAN signals an error. It is not necessary for all copies to have been produced by a single BACKUP command. If multiple copies exist of a data file, then RMAN backs up the latest. Optionally, specify the copies by tag name (for example,FULL_COLD_COPY). Note: The output of this command can be image copies or backup sets.
