Resource org/apache/struts/action/ActionResources_zh_CN.properties Not Found的问题

一般报错如下：

 2008-4-11 16:11:45 org.apache.struts.util.PropertyMessageResources loadLocale
警告:  Resource org/apache/struts/action/ActionResources_zh_CN.properties Not Found.

警告:  Resource org/apache/struts/action/ActionResources_zh.properties Not Found.

如果你是在validator验证中遇到这种问题，而去掉validator验证后问题解决的话，

那么这种问题可能是由于你的struts-config.xml中<plug-in>配置错误造成的，正确配置如下：

<struts-config>

    ……

    <plug-in className="org.apache.struts.validator.ValidatorPlugIn">

        <set-property property="pathnames"

            value="/org/apache/struts/validator/validator-rules.xml, /WEB-INF/validator.xml"/>

    </plug-in>

    ……

</struts-config>

要注意ValidatorPlugIn中的大小写以及value的值不要写错
