google play v2支付修改 android:targetSdkVersion 这个大于11出现异常问题

解决方案：

修改BillingService.java里面一段代码

原来的代码是：

把 purchaseStateChanged(finalStartId, signedData, signature); 这个开启一个线程，这个样就不会出现异常问题
