ClearQuest 2002与Crystal Report 8.5以上版本的集成

I  have run into this problem in the past. I have had to do the following to resolve:
1) uninstall ClearQuest
2) Install crystal and execute the crw32.exe directly from the path location in explorer and open a sample file in the seagate crystal folder
3) re-install ClearQuest

Then I have been able to use the integration. I am not saying everyone has to do this. I have just found that it works for me.
