升级11.2.0.3.7的grid失败

升级11.2.0.3.7单实例grid和db的时候db没有报错但是在升级grid的时候却报了如下的错误：

从提示上来看也不算是明显的错误只能查看日志“/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_1/cfgtoollogs/opatchauto2013-08-28_22-04-48.log“了其中的错误如下：

 现在问题应该很明显了应该是空间不足了，在进一步的去看日志”/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/cfgtoollogs/opatch/opatch2013-08-28_21-39-40PM_1.log“如下：

结果增加/u01所在的盘的空间搞定。
