SpringMVC之静态资源无法访问

对于添加了springMVC拦截器后无法访问静态文件的情况,有三种解决办法，可参考：http://www.cnblogs.com/banning/p/6195072.html

我项目中用的第一种方案，且静态文件全在/WEB-INF/public/，故配置如下：
