eclipse中tomcat启动正常，但是无法显示主页

今天尝试搭建了struts2环境，并且编写了第一个struts程序–HelloWorld。环境搭建很顺利，主要分为3步：引入jar包，编写struts.xml，配置web.xml。详情可以参考：http://www.blogjava.net/lzhidj/archive/2008/07/08/213445.html

但是有一个问题困扰：tomcat可以启动成功，但是就是“此程序无法显示网页”。查阅后的解决办法：

主要是因为tomcat配置的server path不是tomcat的安装路径，而且要选择使用tomcat installation。部署路径选择webapps。
这个问题真是困扰了几个小时，特依此警戒。

listener 和 fliter 都要写。老师在演示时，也没有写，但是就没有问题，疑问？？
