vasp-5.2 编译过程

最近两天编译了vasp5.2,详细过程贴出来,希望能够帮助大家。

一、系统描述

OS:Redhat Enterprise 5.5

编译器:intel fortran 11.1

MPI:openmpi

library intle-mkl fftw-3.3.2

二、安装过程:

ifortopenmpi的安装在这里不再赀述,有不明白的可以给我留言。

1、编译 fftw-3.3.2

[xhx@localfftw]$./configure--prefix=/data3/home/xhx/opt/fftw-3.3.2  --enable-shared --enable-mpiLDFLAGS=-L/data3/home/xhx/opt/openmpi-1.6.1/lib

[xhx@localfftw]$ make

[xhx@localfftw]$ makeinstall

2、编译 vasp-5.2

首先编译 vasp.5.lib

[xhx@llocalvasp.5.lib]$ cp makefile.linux_ifc_P4 makefile

修改如下部分:

#C-preprocessor
CPP     = icc -E -P -C $*.F >$*.f
FC=ifort
CFLAGS = -O
FFLAGS = -O0 -FI
FREE   =  -FR

保存。

[xhx@llocalvasp.5.lib]$ make

[xhx@llocalvasp.5.lib]$ make installl

生成  libdmy.a 库文件

编译 VASP-5.2

[xhx@localvasp.5.2]$ cp makefile.linux_ifc_P4makefile

[xhx@localvasp.5.2]$ vim makefile

# presently we recommend OPENMPI, since it seems to offer better

# !!! Please do not send me any queries on how to install MPI, I will
# certainly not answer them !!!!
