getHeight() on Sharp V902
As we all know Sharp V902 is MIDP20, 240x260 pixels with command bar and 240x294 pixels in full screen mode.
The interesting thing is you will get 260, not 294, when you call getHeight() as soon as you call setFullScreenMode(true). The truth is you would get the real value of the screen height just when you call getHeight() in another thread that is different with that calls setFullScreenMode(true), of cause after it calls.
In my opinion, the JVM on Sharp V902 to implement it uses the same policy with the implement of java.swing.SwingUtilities.invokeLater(Runnable).
Btw, it still occurs on Moto V975.
