Oracle 10g 64bit安装后，安装PLSQL Developer访问不了的问题解决

我的机器是Windows 7 Enterprise X64版本的 ，安装了Oracle 10g X64客户端，PLSQL Developer 8 连接Oracle 10g X64版 报错如下：

这是因为PLSQL developer 没有支持64位的版本（PLSQL developer 是delphi开发，而这个开发工具本身就没有64位的）；
