Struts“No action config found for the specified url.”错误，解决

一般发生“No action config found for the specified url.”有两种情况：
    一种是struts-config.xml配置错误；
    另一种是jsp调用错误。如果jsp不在web应用的根目录下，调用action时需要根据jsp文件所在目录在xxx.do前加相应个“../”，或者设置下base标签，

   <form action="../login.do" method="post">

             或者

   <form action="<%=request.getContextPath() %>/login.do" method="post">
