After hard working of serveral months, I've finally finished this project involving 12 team memebers, it's time to have a rest and discuss something via this period, something is good implemented, and something we can't control very well and bring harmful influence. Now we can share it to avoid making mistakes repeatedly.
1. Pay attention to communication
It's very complicated of one huge project, As a pm, you'll be faced with different peope and something is very hard to process because of different reasons, for example, you leader ask you to finish something in spite of lack of resourse(human, time..), so you only work overtime day by day, it will make all of your team memebers exhausted, and the work effiency is so low, so you should communicate with your leader about the possibility of the goal, and describe the result if the dealline is confirmed such as the low quality of the product, and it will be expensive to repair sth at the end of the project due to lack of resouces.
As a pm, communication will spend about 70% of your time, including discussion, brain storm, adjust plan, weekly report and so on, so I think it's the most important thing for one pm.
2. Make it clear of all stakeholder's responsibility.
