1 About Autodesk Revit DB Link

Revit DB Link allows you to maintain a relationship between a Revit project and a Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, or ODBC database.
Revit DB构建了Revit和Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, or ODBC database的桥梁。

You can use Revit DB Link to export Revit project data to the database, make changes to the data, and import it back into the project. The database displays Revit project information in a table view that you can edit before import.
利用DB Link可以把Revit的项目数据导出到数据库，然后，你可以修改数据库，然后，把修改后的数据再导回到项目里面去。数据库通过表的方式把Revit项目的信息显示出来，同时你可以在导回数据库之前编辑他。

This table view also allows you to create Revit Shared Parameters which adds new fields for those parameters in the related tables. Any change made to these new fields within the database updates Revit Shared Parameters upon future imports.
你可以增加新的字段把共享的参数也在关系表格里面表述出来。这些改动再将来的导回中能够影响到Revit。

There are several ways in which Revit DB Link can help manage your projects. 

One way, for example, is to use it to manage a prototype project. 

Export the Revit prototype project data to a Microsoft Access database.

Local team members can update this database with specific data, such as site conditions and facilities management information.

Then, use Revit DB Link to import this data back into the project, which is subsequently distributed to team members for construction.

使用数据库的方法有很多，比如：

可以通过先构建一个原型项目的方式，然后，将Revit原型的项目数据导入到Access数据库，然后，在数据库里面对数据进行填充，

再通过DB Link工具倒回得到Revit里面，从而实现开发团队的数据的分发。
