(一)基于maven构建springMVC

结构图:

其中 src/main/java 和 src/main/resources 为 “source folder”；com.company.controller 为Java包。

必备包：
- javaee-api
- spring-core
- spring-web
- spring-webmvc

新建maven project

修改项目为web：

创建/修改配置文件

结论：
在配置文件中如果存在错误，一般可以升级IDE 到2016解决此类问题。
