1、计算一个数在不同的进制下的阶乘的位数阶乘位数的公式：log(xy) = log(x) + log(y), 所以100的阶乘：log(1) + log(2) + ....log(100)最后转化成不同的进制：最后除以log(base)后 +1 就好了（base指的是进制）需要注意的是，开数组的时候要开double，否则是错的代码：double a[1000005] = {0}
