安装mysql发现mysql对应的数据库user表内容是空的

安装mysql发现mysql对应的数据库user表内容是空的：

所以在使用root登录始终都不能成功。

后来查看了一下日志发现：

[root@n1 mysql]# mysql_install_db --basedir=/usr --datadir=/var/lib/mysql/ --user=mysql --defaults-file=/etc/my.cnf

Installing MySQL system tables...
ERROR: 1004  Can't create file '/tmp/#sql5f54_1_0.frm' (errno: 13)
140729 13:46:03 [ERROR] Aborting


140729 13:46:03 [Note] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Shutdown complete


Installation of system tables failed!  Examine the logs in
/var/lib/mysql/ for more information.

You can try to start the mysqld daemon with:

    shell> /usr/libexec/mysqld --skip-grant &

不知道为什么不能创建/tmp下面的子文件夹，

使用chmod -R 777 /tmp 

把之前的mysql卸载重新安装，

然后看日志发现错误消失了，使用root 用户名密码空 登录成功。
