原创 寂寞是一种清福

　我在几年前刚开始静坐时，内心是翻江倒海，很难安静下来。常常是慌成一片，乱成一团，甚至经常会害怕这种寂寞的感觉。慢慢地也就能够安静下来了，但是周围人的吵闹声、音乐声、电视声、手机铃声，任何一点细小的事情都会干扰我 ，把我从寂寞这种境界中随时拉扯出来。我太容易受周围环境的影响了，这可能就是大家常说的缺乏定力吧。 　　梁先生把人分成两种，一种“是在现实的泥溷中打转的人；一种是偶然从泥溷中昂起头来喘口气的人，寂寞便是供人喘息的几口新鲜空气。” 阅读全文>
