I don't know much about how to use it, but to install it as an eclipse plugin, this should work:  Start Eclipse Help -> Install New Software In the Work With: or Site: input field, enter: "http://download.jboss.org/drools/release/5.4.0.Final/org.drools.updatesite/" and click the "Add" button For the Name you can just enter "Drools" Check the Drools and jBPM checkbox and follow the instructions to get it installed.
