MAVEN：Failure to transfer org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-io:jar:2.4.1

环境：MyEclipse+Maven

pom.xml中有一项配置为：

<artifactId>maven-war-plugin</artifactId>
<version>2.6</version>
<configuration>
<version>3.0</version>
</configuration>
</plugin>

MyEclipse会报错：

Failure to transfer org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-io:jar:2.4.1 from http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced. Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-io:jar:2.4.1 from/to central (http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): The operation was cancelled.

原因：

maven-war-plugin-2.6版本依赖的org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-io:jar:2.4.1无法下载。

解决方案：

<plugin>
<artifactId>maven-war-plugin</artifactId>
<version>2.4</version>
<configuration>
<version>3.0</version>
</configuration>
</plugin>

效果：

错误消失

注意：maven-war-plugin-2.5也存在该问题。
