CareView控件实现圆角

有时候TextView或者其他控件需要实现圆角效果可以采用CareView控件；在CareView控件中放一个constraintlayout，再在constraintlayout中放需要的控件，通过设置CareView的cardCornerRadius来实现圆角效果。
